  • Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns can be made in store or arranged by courier through customer support.
  • Elbadrawi Home provides the courier return service at no cost to the customer.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
